What we do

From a single script to a company that runs itself

We start with the thing that annoys you most. Once it works, we take the next one.

Process automation

Emails, spreadsheets, CRM and ERP start talking to each other. Documents and reports write themselves.

Watch it live

Scenario

It's 11:40 pm. An order comes in. Nobody's in the office.

Scroll down and the automation will run through its steps one by one. Scroll back up to rewind.

Step 1 · trigger

An order comes in

A customer clicks in the shop or sends an email. A webhook catches it within half a second.

Step 2 · AI

AI checks that everything adds up

VAT ID against the register, the address, whether it's a duplicate. If something looks off, it sets the order aside for a human.

Step 3 · ERP

The document creates itself

Line items, prices and stock levels go straight into Comarch, SAP or Subiekt. Nobody retypes anything.

Step 4 · action

The invoice goes out to the customer

PDF, email, text message. The document lands in the right folder, no searching needed.

Step 5 · team

The sales rep only gets what matters

A short note on Teams or Slack with a link. Exceptions wait for a single click in the morning.

Result

Human work: 26 min

That's how long it took by hand, and that's what's left after automation. At 10 orders a day that's roughly 20 hours a week.

Where it works

Six places where companies lose the most time

Real-life examples. Your process probably looks a little different, the principle is the same.

Sales and quotes

Email enquiry AI prices it PDF quote Saved in CRM

A quote in fifteen minutes, not after lunch. The lead drops into the CRM by itself.

Customer service

Customer question AI assistant Status from the system Answer 24/7

The customer gets an answer right away. Only what the bot can't handle reaches you.

Finance and accounting

Purchase invoice OCR + AI Accounting Payment report

Invoices posted the same day. The automation chases overdue payments, not you.

Logistics and warehouse

Order Stock in ERP Shipping label Customer update

Stock levels in the shop and the ERP always match. Labels and notifications go out on their own.

Marketing and content

Brand book AI generates Graphics / video Published

A month of content in a couple of days. On brand, in several languages.

Integrations

Your systems finally start talking to each other

We don't swap out your software. We connect what you have, with automation and AI working in the middle.

  • Type it onceThe rest of your systems get it on their own.
  • AI catches mistakesGaps, duplicates and typos, before a customer sees them.
  • You only see the exceptionsOne click instead of an hour of retyping.

3D printing and modelling

Got a sketch or a broken part? I'll print it.

Two enclosed Anycubic Kobra S1 printers and 3D modelling in house. Prototypes, spare parts, short runs, branded gadgets. Quotes on request, usually the same day.

2 × Anycubic Kobra S1250 × 250 × 250 mmenclosed chamber

What I print

  • spare parts and brackets for machines nobody makes anymore,
  • housing and component prototypes before you order a mould,
  • short runs: from one piece to a few hundred,
  • sensor and camera mounts for automation,
  • branded gadgets for trade fairs and clients.

Materials

PLA for models and gadgets, PETG for working parts, TPU for flexible ones, ABS and ASA for parts that live in the sun or in heat. The enclosed chamber keeps the temperature steady, so ABS does not crack.

No file? No problem

I model in 3D from a sketch, a photo with dimensions or the broken part you send me. You get STEP and STL files, so the model stays yours and you can print it anywhere.

How it goes

  1. Send a file (STL, STEP, 3MF) or a sketch with dimensions.
  2. I reply with a price and lead time, usually the same day.
  3. I print on two machines, so short runs go in parallel.
  4. Pick up in Mrowiny or a parcel anywhere in Poland and the EU.

FAQ

Common questions

Can't find your question? Write to us, we answer everything.

Does this even make sense for a small business?
It does, and often it makes the most sense there. In a small company one person juggles five things at once, so every hour you take off their plate is worth a lot. We start with whatever pays back fastest.
Do I have to replace my software?
No. We connect what you already use: your ERP, email, spreadsheets, CRM, online shop. We only add a new tool when something is genuinely missing.
What about GDPR and my data?
Minimal access rights, a data processing agreement, and sensitive data can stay on your side. Only what the task needs ever reaches the AI.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what we build. Simple automations take a few days of work, bigger integrations are quoted in stages. With every quote you get a second number next to it: how much you'll save.
When will I see results?
The first automations are usually running within a few days. Bigger projects go live in pieces, so every stage delivers something right away.
What if something breaks?
The automations are monitored, so we get an alert before you notice anything. As part of support we handle changes in your systems, APIs and data formats.
